Training • FARO 5-Day Certification Course o Provide a manufacturer-sanctioned five (5) day certification course. o Ensure participants who successfully complete the training receive official operator certification from FARO Technologies. o Six (6) participants per class • FARO 3-Day Refresher Course o Provide a three (3) day refresher course for existing certified operators. o Reinforce operator proficiency, incorporate updates on technology advancements, and address best practices for crash investigation documentation. o Six (6) participants per class; Technical Support • Conduct quarterly onsite visits to: o Perform preventative maintenance on FARO scanners and related computer systems. o Apply required hardware and software updates. o Provide operational support for fielded equipment. • Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, including coordinating with FARO Technologies for equipment servicing. • Serve as liaison with FARO Customer Service for all proprietary technical matters related to FARO hardware or software.
