Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful bidder will have the capacity to perform the following professional services successfully with the participating 37 campuses, 1,754 teachers, and 26,352 students: 3.1.1. Describe the campuses participating in the 2010 TIF grant, including campus size, demographics, academic performance, and number of years participating in the 2010 TIF grant 3.1.2. Use both qualitative and quantitative data to assess TIF implementation across participating campuses, including (a) the four components of the TAP System and (b) use of the Vanderbilt Assessment of Leadership in Education (VAL-ED) 360 evaluation tool and the TAP Leadership Team (TLT) rubric 3.1.3. Describe training and technical assistance provided to campuses participating in the 2010 TIF grant, including but not limited to site visits, principal meetings, master teacher meetings, mentor teacher trainings, and other trainings or technical assistance provided
