Lewisville ISD, in compliance with Government Code 2254.003, Selection of Provider; Fees, is seeking public accounting firms to perform the annual audit services for fiscal year 2026 (September 1, 2025 and ending August 31, 2026) and additional fiscal years throughout the contract term if renewed. The audit will include district wide statements, basic financial statements with Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) 34 implementation including the government-wide, governmental funds, proprietary fund and fiduciary fund. The audit will also encompass, combining statements and other schedules for Lewisville ISD for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2026. The audit services will include preparation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). The audit is to be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
