Contractor's Role and Responsibilities The successful contractor will: 1) Design and Deliver Coaching Programs: a) Develop and implement tailored coaching plans that address the specific needs of TEA's senior leaders. This includes conducting initial assessments, setting goals, and providing ongoing support and feedback as well as the collection and disaggregation of 360 feedback. Coaching relationships should last between 6 months to 12 months with a renewal conversation at the conclusion of the time period. 2) Provide Expert Coaching: a) Utilize best practices and proven methodologies in executive coaching to guide leaders through their development journey.
