Specifications include, but are not limited to:It is the intent of the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to solicit proposals for a federally required comprehensive evaluation of the Texas 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Program, authorized under Title IV, Part B, of the Elementary and Secondary Act (ESEA) as amended by the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001 and in accordance with all requirements stated herein. The purpose of this evaluation is to examine the implementation and effectiveness of the 21st CCLC grant program. The evaluation will also involve the development and implementation of resources and guidance for federally required local evaluations that grantees may use for their local evaluations. The selected contractor will provide TEA with deliverables as specified in this RFP and as agreed to under any contract(s) resulting from this RFP. These deliverables are specified in Section 1.6.
