Erosion Control Improvements include approximately 3,990 LF of silt fence, 8,240 LF of curlex matting, and all related miscellaneous items and appurtenances. Earthwork Improvements include approximately 63,105 CY of unclassified excavation, 13,680 CY of clay pond liner, processing and placement of 13,169 CY of utility spoils, and all related miscellaneous items and appurtenances. Utility Improvements include approximately 6,640 LF of 12" to 8" PVC water, 3,475 LF of 8" sanitary sewer, 4,447 LF of 7' x 5' RCB through 18" RCP onsite storm sewer, 155 LF of 8' x 4' RCB and 18" RCP TxDOT storm sewer, and all related miscellaneous items and appurtenances. Paving Improvements include approximately 20,458 SY of 6"- 3,600 psi concrete street pavement and bike lane on approximately 19,821 SY of 6" lime stabilized subgrade, signage, striping, intersection traffic signals, and all related miscellaneous items and appurtenances.
