Specifications include, but are not limited to: The required services to be provided are annual, biannual and quarterly scheduled preventive maintenance and as-needed repairs for equipment at Abilene State Supported Living Center (AbSSLC). The Contractor shall provide equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and parts for the facility backhoes, forklifts, tractors and other equipment based upon a Schedule A and Schedule B rotation. Schedule A: Preventive Maintenance, including but not limited to: • Check all hoses • Maintain required automotive fluid levels • Test entire charging system • Change oil and replace oil filters • Change air filters • Check the wear and evaluate longevity of all tires • Check air pressure in all tires • Address any additional concerns requested by the fleet manager Schedule B: Preventive Maintenance, including but not limited to: • All Schedule A requirements listed above • Check all belts and belt tensions • Test battery life/strength • Check torque on all lug nuts
