Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", the "District") is issuing a Request for Information ("RFI") for qualified vendors with the ability to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system, which supports various operations and departments within a large Texas K-12 school district, including Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Position Control, Finance, Accounting, Budget, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement and Contracts, and other departments. The District is interested in the functional capabilities of the software, along with the vendor’s ability to implement, train on, and support the system. The District would also like to know about the system’s support for Texas K-12 state reporting requirements and the upcoming Ed-Fi submission requirements. Finally, the District is interested in the vendor's existing third party software partners and preferred integrations is supported in the vendor’s system. This RFI is seeking information only and cannot result any type of purchase agreement, all pricing shall be excluded in vendor responses. LISD reserves the right to issue a separate solicitation related to ERP systems at its discretion.
