Specifications include, but are not limited to: ꞏ Assist the District with the implementation of new ERP product ꞏ Provide resources to assist the District with the implementation project in the areas of Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Solution Specific expertise, Training, etc., and other related services. ꞏ Provide Texas K-12 expertise, Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and company experience assisting K-12 customers in ERP business analysis, ERP implementation and project management services. o Specifically knowledgeable in related areas of Texas K-12 school business, including staffing, budget, payroll, benefits, purchasing, state reporting requirements (TSDS/PEIMS), TRS, etc. ꞏ Develop an understanding of the District's support and administrative structure of the ERP product ꞏ Provide a "partnership" model between the District and Vendor to achieve balance of time, scope, and effort ꞏ Effectively utilize the available capacity of District staff throughout the project
