Specifications include, but are not limited to: DIR intends to contract to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Supplemental Modules and Related Services. ERP includes the integration of data and processes into cohesive and standardized systems for the highest levels of statewide efficiency and transparency. ERP supplemental modules may include individual products, components, tool kits, and/or modules including but not limited to: facilities management, time and attendance, supply chain management, customer relationship management, fleet management, sales order modules, bilingual modules, cash management, manufacturing management, order entry, ePayment processing, an interface tool for reading invoices, print management interface products, content management, printer metrics and user management. Supplemental modules may or may not integrate into traditional ERP systems.
