4.2.1 System Functionality Requirements. The County is looking for an integrated system, which is to include the following primary functionality (core modules). This list is not intended to be all-inclusive/exclusive. At a minimum, the proposed system should include a solution for all core modules. Failure to address all core modules in the proposed system may lead to elimination of your firm’s proposal.
