Specifications include, but are not limited to: CPS Energy is seeking qualified companies to provide one or more of its Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions in order to accomplish our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation Program. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: -Software and Data Environment production, testing, and training -System Access including reporting and troubleshooting -Storage of data input and ability to export data to specified document formats -Backup and Recovery including daily system backups and 24-hour, 7-day-a-week disaster recovery -Software Upgrades and Patches -Performance of system uptime -Scalability to allow adaptability for a more extensive userbase -Security Compliance to specified standards -Mobile Device ready software to ensure iOS and Android device functionality -Training for SaaS including remote classes and self-service materials -Support that extends across all needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
