Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Grand Prairie (“City”) is seeking Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) implementation from Software implementer's with proven experience in the public sector for the functional areas of budget, human resources, finance, procurement, project, and grant cost accounting. The City’s vision is to implement an integrated software solution or best of breed to process, report, and store information; facilitate delivery of services and activities through better financial management, improved business processes, and better information for decision making. This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) also requests information on planning the implementation of an ERP system along with integration both within the ERP and with existing systems.
