Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Texas Municipal Water District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants who demonstrate the resources, qualifications, and proven experience to provide consultant services in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System selection process. The selected firm will conduct a comprehensive needs assessment (Phase I), assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) development, software selection and contract negotiations (Phase II). This work can be completed virtually, on-site or a combination of both. As an alternate option (Phase III), the District is also considering that the successful company provide project management and oversee installation and implementation of the new ERP system as detailed herein. Phase III will be a separate fee, and if awarded, the District reserves the right not to proceed, without penalty, based on the outcome and selection of the ERP system.
