The project will require the implementation of an enterprise monitoring solution that covers all key IT components, including servers, applications, storage, power distribution units (PDUs), and cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across the hospital's systems. JPS Current Technology Environment Network Infrastructure: The solution must integrate with JPS’s existing network infrastructure, which includes approximately 1100 Windows/Linux servers and over 8800 workstations. Existing Systems: Integration with critical systems such as the Epic EMR, ITSM tools, and cloud platforms. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1. JPS Business Capability Needed/Required Comprehensive IT Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of servers, applications, storage, and power systems. Incident Management: Automated incident detection and resolution integrated with existing JPS Functional Requirement Real-Time Monitoring: Near real-time tracking of CPU, memory, network, and application performance. Automation: Automated responses to predefined incidents to reduce manual intervention. Scalability: Support for monitoring the growing IT infrastructure without performance degradation. JPS Technical Needed/Requirement Architecture: SaaS-based solution compatible with hybrid environments, including on-premises and cloud systems. Integration: Seamless integration with existing tools like Epic EMR, ITSM, and cloud platforms. Security: Adherence to industry-standard security protocols, including data encryption and role-based access controls.
