Specifications include, but are not limited to: Aldine Independent School District seeks a hosted website design and content management system (CMS) for the deployment of updated district, department, campus, and teacher websites that will be aesthetically pleasing, intuitive to understand, easy to navigate and similar in design across the district. Additionally, Aldine is looking for a website software platform that will allow the district content providers, with little to no programming knowledge, the ability to edit and update content within a selfservice environment. Technical Features: i. Must be platform/browser independent and support current and recentpast versions of all major browsers, i.e., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome across multiple platforms such as Mac OS, Windows, Linux, IOS, Android, Windows, etc. ii. Provide ability to manage access, passwords, and permissions using rolebased security iii. Must provide the ability for overall topdown integrated control from the district level iv. Platform must provide integration capability for automation of accounts creation, identity profiles, roles, and groups v. Fully integrated with the district Active Directory protocol to allow staff access to the CMS system via single signon process
