Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Rock Hill requests a letter of interest and a current resume of qualifications from all interested consulting firms experienced in providing engineering services necessary for the preparation of plans, environmental studies and documentation, right of way plans, and roadway and intersection construction plans for widening of Mt. Gallant Road (S-195). The proposed project consists of widening S-195 to add turn lanes at the SC Route 161 intersection.
