The scope of work includes these major system elements: interior and exterior renovations including finishing of the first floor level and providing a new egress fire corridor in Building #19A demolition of existing exterior planters, exterior partial stairs and the relocation of an exterior door for the resolution of miscellaneous items for ADA (American with Disabilities Act) compliance for public building access needs a new ADA compliant concrete ramp and railing to the main entrance of the renovated area installation of mechanical duct work and electrical systems interior and exterior building lighting needs and requirements installation of acoustical ceiling tiles repairs and patching of existing walls and floors partial demolition of interior and exterior masonry walls and an exterior door new interior partition walls, doors and hardware finishes and provide fill-in of interior grade changes with concrete No additional specifications were given.
