The required services to be provided are energy management and HVAC systems maintenance and repair services at the Mexia State Supported Living Center (MSSLC). The awarded contractor shall provide HVAC and Schneider Electric Control System diagnostic, parts, and repair services on an as-needed basis for MSSLC’s energy management and HVAC system. Diagnostic and repair services including but not limited to: a) HVAC systems diagnostics. b) HVAC component commissioning. c) HVAC controller replacement. d) HVAC network repair or expansion. e) Installation of low voltage controllers and components connected to the Schneider Electric control system and Schneider Electric control system graphics and programming modifications or additions. f) System database backup of MSSLC’s system will be stored both locally and off-site servers. Should system restore be required, the database will be restored from the most recent backup. g) On-Site Support which consists of 1 site visit (8 hours) to encompass a variety of services including but not limited to system troubleshooting, energy consulting, customer, training, or full building efficiency analyses h) 24/7 Remote Energy Management Support which includes scheduling, system adjustments, on-demand remote energy management system training or remote technical support.
