Specifications include, but are not limited to: Respondents must present a proposal that addresses the following required services until December 31, 2014: A. Energy Management Services 1. The Energy Manager will identify trading opportunities and risk management strategies to optimize CSUs power supply portfolio. 2. The Energy Manager will work with CSU to develop and execute the power supply plan. 3. On behalf of CSU, the Energy Manager shall execute energy, ancillary services, and CRR transactions in accordance with a pre-determined strategy. 4. The Energy Manager shall assist CSU in the establishment of its CRR account, CRR credit requirements and allocations, CRR bidding strategy, and entering of CSUs CRR bids. 5. The Energy Manager will serve as primary contact for CSUs existing power supplier and QSE. 6. The Energy Manager will serve as primary contact for CSUs energy scheduling and trading counterparties. 7. The Energy Manager will be responsible for monitoring all real-time, day-ahead, forward power and ancillary services markets.
