Vendor will be responsible for providing discounted consumer goods and services as outlined below: 2.2.1 Respondents will provide a variety of discounted services and goods to include but not limited to entertainment, sports events, travel, electronics, etc. These items should be enhancements to State programs to ensure maximum benefits. 2.2.2 Respondent’s offerings shall not violate University of Texas System group benefit offerings or require mandatory payroll deductions. UTS 127 Office of Employee Benefits Administrative Manual | The University of Texas System 2.2.3 UTMB is not looking for insurance offerings that will violate University of Texas System group benefit offerings or the regulation regarding present State insurance offerings, Healthcare and welfare plans. UTS 127 Office of Employee Benefits Administrative Manual | The University of Texas System 2.2.4 Respondents shall provide a website accessing their full service offerings and a hyperlink where employees can access from the UTMB website. UTMB will not house any of the Respondent’s services or be responsible for thereof. 2.2.5 Respondents must provide periodic reports of utilization. 2.2.6 Provide a monthly or quarterly evaluation of program performances and provide program recommendations. 2.2.7 Respondents shall provide a calendar review of program offerings and marketing strategies, as well as any monthly marketing programs. 2.2.8 Respondents shall survey marketplace for optimal opportunities. 2.2.9 Employees’ access to the Respondent’s services should not require a username and password. 2.2.10 UTMB has the right to review and designate programs offered, as well as the right to remove any program not working for our employees.
