The City of Baytown is seeking to enter into a Professional Engineering Design services contract with a state registered Professional Engineering Design Firm. The following outlines this request for qualifications. The Professional Engineering Design contract will encompass all project-related Professional Engineering Design services required for the City of Baytown’s implementation of the FEMA Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Grant funding program. This U.S. Department of Homeland Security Grant Program , administered by the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM), aims to establish fully operational EOCs. The scope will include, but is not limited to the following: Post-Funding Services: Preliminary Engineering and Design Support Final Engineering Design Support Bid and Award Support Contract Management and Construction Oversight Specialized Services
