Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Treatment and transport: Contractor shall provide medical treatment, transportation by ground ambulance vehicle, and the provision of medically necessary medical supplies and equipment to include, but not be limited to: 1. Patient assessment and emergency medical care; 2. Patient medical monitoring; 3. Fully equipped ALS ambulance(s); 4. Equipped temporary/mobile facility; and 5. Trained and certified personnel. b. Assessment and emergency medical care: Contractor shall provide patient assessment, evaluation, and triage services followed by the proper medical care to include transportation to emergency medical facilities. c. Stable patient medical monitoring: Contractor shall provide monitoring and evaluation for stable patients on-site and on-route to a medical facility. d. ALS ambulance: Contractor shall provide a fully equipped ALS ambulance at each location listed in Section 2.1.2 (Service Locations). Contractor shall be able to do multiple transports in the same day. e. Equipment requirement per location: Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the work requirements of this agreement, and shall be responsible for all maintenance, repairs, and replacement of those resources.
