1. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, technicians, materials and supplies, equipment, tools, insurance in order to provide a comprehensive preventative maintenance and service for the generator systems of University of Houston-Clear Lake. This includes quarterly inspection and preventative maintenance and annual load bank testing. 2. Contractor shall provide this service from April 1, 2026, to March 30, 2029, with an option to renew for two subsequent years. 3.
