This scope of work (“SOW”) establishes the minimum requirements for these services. The Service will provide emergency medical and ambulance service ("EMS services") twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, as dedicated ambulances throughout the unincorporated areas of the County, excluding the Cities of: Cleveland, Dayton and Liberty. At least one (1) ambulance shall be stationed centrally in each of the following areas of Liberty County: Hardin, Plum Grove, Raywood, Tarkington and West Lake. The Service will provide such certified personnel, equipment, facilities, insurance, fuel, and maintenance as in its discretion may be necessary to provide the EMS services described herein. The successful offeror shall provide: licensed drivers trained in emergency vehicle operation. such other equipment as is necessary to operate and provide emergency medical services fully staffed and equipped vehicles with immediately available all necessary medical supplies, staff facilities, uniforms, and such other related materials and equipment
