Project: Cameras, access control system, DMP intrusion, and installation of bell/pa devices. Bell/pa devices to be provided by Owner. Brays Oaks Elementary and White Oak Elementary are currently under construction with a project completion of May 31, 2025. Project Overview: YES Prep is soliciting competitive proposals from licensed and qualified companies to provide cameras, access control, DMP intrusion and installation of bell/pa for Brays Oaks Elementary and White Oak Elementary: • Contractor will be responsible for coordination with Owner (construction dept and IT dept) and General Contractor. • Prepare and submit shop drawings for review and approval by Owner. • Proposal should include all materials, labor, equipment, licensing, configuration, SMA and programming to turn-over a complete working system to Owner. • All cabling and panels to be included in the proposal. • The pathway needed for interior and exterior will be provided by GC. Contractor is responsible for working with GC to ensure the correct pathway is installed for each application required. • Contractor must be Genetec Unified Elite to complete programming and licensing. • Contractor to install surface mounted clocks throughout the building. Cabling for these devices only is provided by Owner. Example: Advanced Network Device IP Speaker with Display and Flashers • YES Prep has a system wide Genetec server at our data center. • Cameras mounted on ACT will require a t-bridge for support. • Video archiver to be included. Retention period is 30 days. • Push to exit signage is not required. • Monitoring for DMP should not be included. • General contractor will provide division 8 hardware and installation. Hardware coordination meeting will take place with awarded contractors, owner, and general contractor.
