Specifications include, but are not limited to: TJC is requesting proposals from qualified solution providers to provide a video surveillance system to replace our existing video surveillance systems with a consistent, unified, and expandable solution. If respondent is unable to support our existing cameras, submit a proposal that includes replacing our existing cameras that will not work with your system. The College is asking for options. We currently have 577 cameras installed across 4 campuses. The cameras are a mixture of Advidia, Panasonic, and Bosch, with a majority being Advidia models. I. Critical Criteria for Proposed Solution The vendor’s proposed software should meet all the following critical criteria: 1. Capability to perform computer vision analytics for people, vehicles, and license plates. 2. Capability to configure people attribute watchlist and receive alerts. 3. Receive event alerts, such as AI video motion detection and sound detection.
