Provide a unified electronic patient care reporting system (ePCR) solution including software, portal, and submittal functionality to support FBC EMS departmental operations. Currently, FBC EMS relies on a hosted Tablet ePCR system to document more than 40,000 patient encounters annually in pre-hospital settings. The system must support the department’s demand-response activities while ensuring full compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including HIPAA. The proposed solution must be a modern, fully integrated platform that is scalable to accommodate future growth and compatible with a broad range of mobile computing devices. The single software solution will benefit the constituents of FBC and allow for continued seamless operations, ensure data accuracy, support comprehensive patient care documentation, and provide robust analytical and dashboard reporting capabilities to continued supporting across Texas EMS Agencies.
