The required services to be provided are electrical services at the San Antonio State Hospital (SH) Bldg. 817 and San Antonio State Supported Living Center. The Contractor shall provide repairs, service, parts, and materials to high voltage primary and secondary electrical systems at the San Antonio State Hospital Building 817. The electrical systems are transmitted through aerial lines and underground wiring. Associated High Voltage Primary and Secondary power systems shall be included in this contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies, as necessary. Contractor shall be responsible for supervision, clean up and disposal, and must have all applicable permits, licenses, and insurance coverage necessary to perform services specified. At the request of the facility authorized representative, Contractor will perform any repairs to high voltage primary and secondary electrical systems to include above and below ground installations and related systems. Contractor is required to obtain facility authorization prior to performing any services to equipment, which necessitates disruption in the systems serving the facilities except in emergency situations. Contractor shall provide daily documentation to the facility authorized representative containing, total number of employees working at the facility, total number of hours worked, list of all parts and materials used.
