The Contractor shall build 2 metal swing gates size 2 - 13'-6" wide x 6' tall chain link gates with 1,000 lb. barrel hinges for the North Side of the maintenance area. The Contractor shall need to remove old gates and install new gates and use a 9.0 gauge chain link mesh to cover the gates. The Contractor shall repair the existing cantilever gate frame on the south side of the maintenance area. Contractor shall remove the existing gate and replace with an automatic LIFTMASTER sliding gate with an obstruction sensor and use 9.0 gauge chain link wire mesh to cover. Work shall include the installation of new gates, controllers, gate openers, keypads, and all hardware to complete a functional electric gate system. The Contractor shall be responsible for supervision, cleaning up and disposal, and must have all applicable permits, and insurance coverage. The Contractor shall be responsible for all installation, demolition, and repairs.
