Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), on behalf of the Department of Labor Employment & Training Administration (DOLETA), is seeking to create an accurate, complete and organized inventory of the current Technical Assistance and Training (TAT) products developed and in place throughout the national workforce development system and across the ten (10) states in the Chicago region, and to make those products easily accessible via a single location for all states in the region. This will be Phase I of this project. Upon the completion of Phase I, gaps between the training products already available and the need for new training products will be identified. Phase II of the project will involve the creation and development of new training materials that are found to be needed after the gap analysis is completed. This activity will begin after the completion of Phase I based on the need for additional materials and the availability of additional TAT funds to support the project.
