Specifications include, but are not limited to: TISD is seeking to contract with the most highly qualified vendors to provide services in the areas of professional development,consulting, coaching, and facilitation services. The services will not have direct contact with students but will have direct contactwith campus administrators, teachers, and other District staff. These services may include, but not limited to: visual/fine artsintegration and coaching, balanced literacy, teacher improvement planning, training in core and elective content, softwaretraining, behavior modification and support, instructional support, keynote speaker, poverty training, guided reading review,working memory implementation, professional development for behavioral classroom management for risk/poverty students;behavior intervention curriculum; bilingual, sheltered instruction, and coaching; curriculum development and review, coreacademic content training (reading, mathematics, science, and social studies); foreign language PD engagement and culture inthe LOTE classroom; classroom culture PD training for continued implementation in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People at Leader In Me schools; implementation training on software programs for instruction and productivity, physical education PDstrategies to make physical education exciting and meaningful; ELAR, elementary and secondary writing training, 504,RTI, autism and dyslexia PD; Special Ed evaluations, IEP development, and IEP implementation, Trauma/Behavior, PLAAFPand goal development
