The goals and objectives of services include, but are not limited to: • Improving teacher-child interactions in emotional support, classroom organization, and instructional support • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement to increase classroom instructional quality • Creating and enhancing a supply of quality early education classrooms across North Texas • Establishing key performance benchmarks that will facilitate organizational and community learning • Comparing performance in relation to other regional and/or local, state, and national benchmarks utilizing a variety of assessments • Utilizing external evaluation and analytics to ensure strategies are evidence-based and producing results for the children and families served Services requested include the following three (3) projects: • Project 1: CLASS® observations and assessments for Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K classrooms • Project 2: Building and utilizing a “CCA Model for Child Care” with comprehensive reporting • Project 3: Evaluation and analytic services
