Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to provide interested and qualified Offerors withsufficient information to submit responses to Establish an EB-5 Regional Center.Contractor shall address the following activities:-Assist the City in the preparation and filing of the USCIS Form I-924 for status as an EB-5 RegionalCenter under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program to include consulting in structure of ownership andcontrol of Regional Center, administration, oversight, staff and stakeholder education. City willprovide applicable resources and work together with Contractor to include: staff time, demographicdata, access to local resources and other pertinent information to successfully apply for EB-5Regional status. City will pay application fee. Contractor will bear the costs to prepare theapplication for signature of authorized official of the City of El Paso.
