Specifications include, but are not limited to: Del Valle Independent School District (“District”) is seeking proposals from qualified authorized resellers (“Reseller”) for the acquisition of equipment and/or services to extend Internet Access within the ISD to a new campus as eligible under the Universal Service School and Libraries (SLD) Eligible Services List and subsequent rulings. This acquisition shall be for equipment and/or services according to the specifications set forth herein and will apply to ERate funding year 2024. The District is seeking fiber transport from the Del Valle ISD Administrative Building (5301 Ross Road, Del Valle, Texas 78617) to the Early College High School campus (located at 4715 Ross Rd, Del Valle, TX 78617) as detailed in section III, C below. The District will entertain bids regarding options for leased and/or district-owned fiber (for a “self-provisioned network” with “special construction”) along with necessary enabling equipment.
