The City of Port Arthur is soliciting bids for the Rose Hill Park Project. The firm will prepare construction documents in accordance with the design concept from the Rose Hill Master Plan and provide construction management for the project. A. Construction Document 1. Develop a full set of construction documents including plans, specifications, and bid instructions. a. Services may include surveying, geotechnical investigation, landscape architecture, engineering, storm water mitigation and associated services required for completion of the construction documents for all elements of the project. B. Construction Management: 1. Develop a construction management plan for approval by City to include procedures for team communication, review, reporting, and approval. C. Communications 1. Report in person and in writing, at regular intervals and at special need times, to the Parks and Recreation Director.
