Specifications include, but are not limited to: The RRC seeks Professional Engineering Services for Emergency Operations Plan Review on Critical Infrastructure Weatherization to be performed for the RRC throughout the state of Texas. Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, incidentals, and services necessary to deliver Professional Engineering Services for the RRC, as directed. All work under the Contract shall be performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local statutes, laws, ordinances, regulations, and rules, including RRC Statewide Rules, the specifications within this Statement of Services and any Work Order issued under the Contract, and all terms and conditions of the Contract.
