(1) INTRODUCTION/SCOPE OF WORK: City of Lake Jackosn is seeking proposals from qualified vendors and suppliers to provide Emergency Generator Inspections: Maintenance, Inspection and Repairs that will adequately meet the needs of the city in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications established within this Request for Proposal (RFP). The vendor(s) shall provide all services necessary to inspect, maintain, repair, test and certify all emergency generators are operational. (2) BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: The City of Lake Jackson is dedicated to upholding the highest safety standards. Our primary objective is to meet or exceed all safety standards mandated by county, state, and federal regulatory agencies. The aim is to ensure an environment that facilitates minimal interruptions to the daily ability to provide the services needed to our residents. The City of Lake Jackson currently has twenty-four (24) generators ranging in size from 35KW to 1.6 MW with varied manufacturers.
