Project A-Privacy Fence- is to replace the 6’ privacy screening on the NW side of the outer fence on the corner of East 34th Street and Croton Ave. • Color to be black, option 2 is green • Mesh type with wind cuts and breathable • Approximate size is 6’ tall x 246’ long • Privacy fence to be installed 6’ from ground • Contractor to field verify exact length size needed; Project B- Recreation Area- is to install two (2) gates to the existing fences outside of the Phase 1 recreation area. These gates will need to be wide enough to bring a tow motor into the recreation area. • One (1) gate for outer fence, and one (1) gate for inner fence • Contractor to field verify exact location of gates that will meet intention of project
