Humble ISD reserves the right to determine which service types are appropriate and satisfy educational and professional consulting services solicited directly for this proposal. The following are examples of acceptable educational and consulting services Arts and athletics program enhancement Assessment and data analysis for student performance improvement Authors Band Consultants Career and technical education program development Cheer Design Choreographers Classroom Presenters Color Guard and Drill Team Consultants Community engagement and communication strategies Curriculum development and instructional support across all grade levels and subject areas English language learner (ELL) program support Event Planning and Services Financial and budgetary advisory services Gifted and talented education consulting Grant writing and fundraising consultation Human resources management and talent development Leadership coaching and organizational development Presenters / Speakers Professional development for teachers, administrators, and staff Strategic planning and program evaluation EXCLUDED SERVICES Humble ISD requires that specific services may require individualized bids / proposals for the particular service category. The following are additional services that are not considered by Humble ISD as educational and professional consulting services: Fundraiser Vendors, Photography Vendors, Equipment Rental Vendors, Equipment Repair Vendors, JobOrder Contracts for Maintenance and Operational Equipment Repairs, Publications Subscription Services, Software Licensing/Subscriptions/Purchases
