Specifications include, but are not limited to: ESC2 intends for this request for qualifications to result in the selection of a provider for E-Rate consulting services. ESC2 is seeking to establish an agreement with one business, public or private organization or other entity that wish to provide Respondent’s services to the ESC2 E-Rate Consortium. ESC2 seeks sealed proposals from firms to perform a variety of services, upon request, related to the efficient and economical operation of public organizations such as regional education service centers, school districts, charter schools, other governmental entities. The intent of this procurement solicitation, E-Rate Consultant Services, is to establish responsive and responsible Respondents, known as a company or firm, whose purpose is to offer services that meet established criteria for the ESC to effectively procure E-Rate Consultant Services that the firm is prepared to furnish in accordance with the conditions and specifications as stated. Any estimate of volume of firm engagement by contract by the ESC in this proposal does not imply purchase. Only one Respondent will be approved to provide a specific type of service or product as listed above. The selected Respondent will be properly licensed as applicable.
