Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Historical Commission (THC) is soliciting proposals in response to this request for Proposal No. 808-24-241116, from qualified vendors to provide an E-Learning Content System for up to 350 employees that offers Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) and has extensive content in various disciplines and subjects. Project Scope. The E-Learning Content System should include the following: • The system should be web-hosted and accessible from a web browser, allowing multiple simultaneous users. • The system should work with a minimum of Chrome and MS Edge browsers. • The system should allow remote access. • The system should be available 24/7 with limited downtime. • The system should include multiple web platforms and mobility support. • The system should be “zero install” without plug-ins or other add-ons. • The system must provide security that protects user information using information technology cybersecurity protocols. • The system should allow custom departmental training to be uploaded or added to the system and available to users. • The system should allow various permission levels, such as administrator, manager, employee, etc. • The system should allow the ability to auto enroll users in courses on an annual basis • The system should include extensive content in business, administration, project management, legal, procurement, customer service, etc. • The system allows management to assign, track, and monitor training content. • The system allows user, department, and team reporting to track utilization and completed courses. • The system allows licenses to be re-assigned when the agency experiences staff turnover.
