Specifications include, but are not limited to: x Contractor must perform routine maintenance and verification of instrument performance to assure accuracy and minimize downtime. x All parts must be repaired or replaced, as needed by the Contractor. Parts must be factory-certified parts. x Contractor must perform advanced maintenance services according to manufacturer’s recommendations, including in-depth systems diagnostics to detect and prevent potential issues that can degrade performance or reduce the life of the instruments. x Contractor is expected to maintain communication with DSHS and coordinate scheduling to minimize the impact to processes and operations when the equipment requires repair or maintenance. x In the instance when the equipment must be sent off-site for repairs, DSHS will incur no additional cost if unable to repair on site. Upon request by DSHS, Contractor must provide a loaner instrument must be provided within a timeframe agreed upon by DSHS and the Contractor.
