A. PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE - Two (2) preventative maintenance checks per year for each drawing machine and drawing equipment manufactured by Smartplay. Parts not covered under Item 8 below will be billed at an additional cost, upon TLC approval. Preventative maintenance checks shall be provided on Sunday and Monday, or as otherwise approved by the TLC. Note: Cost for maintenance will be billed on an bi-annual basis upon completion of each preventative maintenance check. Preventative maintenance will include the following for each drawing machine and drawing equipment manufactured by Smartplay International, Inc. 1. Examination and cleaning of all moving parts. 2. Inspection of all units for wear and stress cracks that may signal the possibility of a future breakdown. 3. Lubrication of all moving parts and motors. 4. Cleaning and tightening and inspection of all switches and electrical connections. 5. Draining and inspection of compresed air system; checking pressure accuracy. 6. Inspection and cleaning of all plastic components. 7. Any minor repairs will be included. 8. Parts totaling up to $50.00 per visit included. 9. Major repairs reported and quoted before work is performed.
