Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Successful bidder will provide the City of Georgetown, Texas with downtown parking security services as described in the Scope of Services. Provide the City of Georgetown with uniformed and unarmed attendants and supervisors certified by the Texas Department of Public Safety and operating under state and local guidelines to monitor and issue parking citations and warnings in the Downtown Parking Zone. HOURS OF OPERATION, DAILY, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. CST. 1.1 Attendant duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Patrol, observe and report violations. Patrolling is done on foot which includes walking the district year round, Learning and enforcing Section 10.16.150, Downtown Parking Zone of the City of Georgetown Code of Ordinances See Attachment IV for reference. Issue violation notice or warnings and citations according to the Downtown Parking Zone ordinance requirements.
