The City of Berkeley is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide planning servicesfor the Planning and Development Department. There is a not-to-exceed budget of $25,000 for CONSULTANT services associated with this project. The Citywill like to achieve the full Scope of Services within the budgeted amount, however consideration will be given toproposals that are within the budget and address essential objectives -- but are not fully consistent with the Scope ofWork as described below.
