a) Replace Existing Solid Core Wooden Doors 1. The Contractor shall remove twenty-eight (28) existing wooden interior doors. 2. The Contractor shall provide and install twenty-eight (28) new interior solid core wooden doors with the following specifications. Door Laminate - Wilsonart - Montana Walnut - Matte Finish. 3. The Contractor shall haul off and dispose of waste material to an off-site location, at no cost to HHSC. b) Prime and Painting of Wood Trim 1. The Contractor shall prime and paint the existing bottom wood trim outside of four (4) HVCAC closets. The agency has selected the color, Sherwin Williams color Iron Ore – 7069. 2. The Contractor shall ensure all non-painted areas, such as floors, etc., shall be protected. c) Prime and Painting of Door Frames 1. The Contractor shall prime and paint twenty-eight (28) door frames with the Sherwin Williams color Iron Ore – 7069. 2. The Contractor shall ensure all non-painted areas, such as floors, etc., shall be protected. d) Door Levers 1. The Contractor shall provide and install fifteen (15) new non-locking door levers and eight (8) new locking door levers that are uniquely keyed. 2. The Contractor shall provide two (2) keys to each new locking lever. All locking levers should be keyed to one (1) interior master key. 3. The Contractor shall provide and install two (2) new push plates on one (1) interior door necessary for a completely operational door.
