This agreement is intended to be a full-service agreement to capture all aspects of an all-inclusive door maintenance, testing, and repairs program. Vendor to provide Hepa cart and containment as necessary. This proposal is to include full labor costs, parts costs, special parts, full door replacements, and materials costs for the services provided below. This scope of work is intended to be for all JPS locations identified in this agreement. JPS is soliciting bids to establish a three-year with a possible two one-year extension Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (“ID/IQ”) service price agreement with qualified supplier(s) for routine and emergency services. Additional services incorporated within this scope of work include door repairs, Fire door testing and door maintenance for manual and automatic doors at various facilities. An ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of goods and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Services procured through any agreement established as a result of this solicitation will be ordered on a as needed basis for the term of the agreement. The awarded bidder(s) will be required to fulfill all aspects of these specifications timely, and in their entirety. Fire Doors, Fire Rated Rolling Doors, Fire Rated Won Doors, Fire Rated Chute Door Inspections, repairs, and on-going maintenance. All Fire Doors and frames will be inspected on a quarterly basis. A formal report will be required to be submitted to JPS Facilities Engineering following the completion of the quarterly fire door and frame inspection. All doors must be individually identified, asset tagged and listed as such as in the report. Repairs will be completed for all deficient items identified during the quarterly inspection.
