Specifications include, but are not limited to: Basic Scope of Services for the Donor Recognition Signage Consulting Services EngagementThis donor signage engagement encompasses donor recognition signage for the entire New Parkland Campus, inconjunction with the Signage, Wayfinding and Graphics Consultant as well as the Healing Environment ArtConsultant.The Donor Signage Consultant is challenged to develop a program that features attractive and creative signage thatis of lasting style and will evoke a positive experience for the staff and public.1.The categories include but are not limited to: interior signage such as recognition on named spaces, patientrooms, donor recognition wall(s), employee recognition wall(s); exterior signage such as benches, bricks,pathways and outdoor displays; electronic donor recognition.2.Donor Signage should incorporate Parkland's Brand Visualization and Graphic Standards, as appropriate.3.Donor Signage should incorporate design concepts and signage guidelines in the Campus Master Plan preparedby the HDR+Corgan JV. Donor Signage should leverage the spatial organization of the campus and buildings;utilize architectural design features, and landmarks; shape, color, lighting, etc.4.The Donor Signage Consultant should have a primary goal of ensuring that Donor Signage works in unity withthe work of other consultants in order to generate a well-coordinated campus feeling in the minds of the staff,visitors, and patients who use the campus.5.Donor Signage should be easy to recognize, clear, distinctive, and easy to read.6.Donor Signage should reflect the diversity of Parkland's patients and supporters.7.Actively participate with Parkland to add to the body of Evidence Based Design knowledge through Parkland'sparticipation as a Pebble partner for the Center for Healthcare Design..8.The Donor Signage Consultant will need to embed key personnel in the Design Center in Suite 300 at 2222Medical District Drive, Dallas, Texas.9.The Donor Signage Consultant shall utilize the online project management system described in paragraph Babove.
