1. Evaluations and assessments for domestic violence will be forwarded within seven working days of the date of assessment. The assessment should indicate other service needs that the offender may need when appropriate, i.e. drug/alcohol treatment. 2. Monthly typed progress reports shall be mailed or faxed to the supervising officer by the 10th calendar day of the following month. 3. Within five working days of program completion, the Service Agency agrees to mail or fax certificates of completion to the supervising officer. A discharge summary must accompany the certificate of completion indicating topics discussed, participation and a discharge plan with recommendations. 4. The Service Agency will notify the supervising officer immediately of issues of non-compliance for offenders referred to the program, including “No Shows” for the program or intake. All “No Shows” shall be reported to the supervising officer within 24 hours of failing to appear at scheduled session or the first work day following failure to appear. 5. All services shall be delivered by qualified credentialed counselors experienced and trained in delivery of services under contract. 6. Service Agency agrees to follow the BIPP program curriculum, guidelines and program structure as indicated in the response to the Request for Quote. 7. The Domestic Violence Program shall follow the TDCJ-CJAD BIPP Guidelines (Revised April 2014). 8. During the contract period, the Service Agency will submit a monthly billing for services rendered in that month no later than the fifteenth of the following calendar month
